What are your delivery options?

Our standard service is 1-2 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, and is free of charge.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we can do this! Please contact us for quote, additional delivery fees may apply and your item/s will take longer to arrive.

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, they must be unworn and unwashed and have all their original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. We will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund which will go back on to the card used for the original transaction. Goods returned after 14 days cannot be accepted. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser.

​We will not refund items that are unfit for resale, these include;

  • makeup marks
  • odours
  • tan marks
  • perfume smells
  • any alterations​

If an item is faulty, complete the PDF form below to assist with a replacement or a refund.

You can return items via post or direct to store.

We cannot take any responsibility for parcels where the postage is unpaid or where the item has become damaged in transit therefore please ensure the package is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. Please also ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your order. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange, and the original is not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the returns postage.

If an item is faulty or incorrect please email us with the name and code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. On faulty items we will reimburse the cost of postage up to the maximum value of £5.
